1) Who makes the items you have for sale?
My name is Katie. I hand make or assemble every jewelry piece and accessory on this website. I purchase most of my components from other sources before I combine them into the styles I have for sale. Some components (such as resin or clay pieces) are made by me. I also use some found objects like watch gears and other parts, old, broken jewelry, silverware and hardware to create my limited edition or one of a kind pieces.

3) How are payments processed?
You can pay via PayPal or with a credit or debit card. All PayPal payments are processed on their secure server. All credit card payments are processed securely through Shopify.
4) How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your jewelry to be created. All orders ship within 1-5 business days. I always strive to get your order in the mail as soon as possible.
For standard shipments within the United States, total order processing time + delivery time is approximately 5-15 business days.
For expedited shipments within the United States, total order processing time + delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days.
For expedited shipments within the United States, total order processing time + delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days.
If you need your order faster, please contact me for a rush order. Rush orders may not always be possible depending upon current workload.
All delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee of arrival date.
Most international orders will arrive within 30 days of shipment, though occasionally a package can take up to 6-8 weeks if it is delayed in customs. Total normal order processing time + delivery time for standard shipments is approximately 11-35 business days.
Expedited shipments will normally arrive within 10-15 days of purchase, and Express shipments will normally arrive within 6-8 days of purchase, but customs delays can occur on expedited and express shipments as well.

5) Do you have a return policy?
Please contact fripparie for a return authorization prior to returning any item. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned with original retail packaging in new, unworn condition. Earrings, ear cuffs and hair accessories may not be returned unless they are still sealed in the retail packaging. Items with customization that cannot be resold will incur a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact fripparie as soon as possible after receipt to arrange for a refund or replacement.
6) Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
All Iowa residents must pay 6% tax (7% in some zip codes) at the time of purchase. Residents in other U.S. states may be required to pay taxes for online purchases when they file their state returns.
International customers may need to pay a customs or duty fee, VAT or processing fee. These fees are charged and collected by your own country and fripparie has no control over when and how much import tax may be charged.
